People Reactions After their Phone Get Dropped

Red Vagina & Pink Vagina

Pink Vagina vs. Red: Identifying a Healthy Vagina

It happens to millions of women every year: you get up one morning to take a shower and notice you have some vulva redness. While you shouldn't panic and start frantically washing off or applying vaginal creams, you do need to be alert. A pink vagina is normal; a red vagina is a sign that something is affecting the skin. It could be as simple as a temporary irritation caused by contact dermatitis to something more serious such as genital herpes. If the redness doesn't go away after a few days or is accompanied by other symptoms, it's time to visit your doctor.

If Your Vagina is Red, does That Mean You Have a Disease?

Not necessarily. Vulva redness can be caused by things other than disease, sexually transmitted or otherwise. If you don't develop any other symptoms and it goes away after a day or two, it may well be the result of a mild irritation or reaction. If not, you need to look for other possible causes.

What Causes Vaginal Redness?

Most cases of prolonged vaginal redness fall into two categories: an infection or a skin disease. Examples of infections that can cause redness include:
*Bacterial vaginosis
*Trichomoniasis
*Chlamydia vaginitis
*Genital herpes
Skin diseases that may cause vulvar redness to develop include:
*Eczema
*Psoriasis
*Paget's disease
*Lichen planus

What Other Things Can Cause a Red Vagina?

Other causes of a red vagina can be:
*Poor personal hygiene
*Pubic lice or pinworms
*Allergic reactions to semen, latex, or spermicide
*Radiotherapy for cancer

What Other Symptoms Should be Noted?

Usually vaginal redness is accompanied by other symptoms that help identify the cause. These include:
*Itching
*Burning during urination, sex, or all the time
*Vaginal discharge
*Red, yellow, or white bumps, sores, or cysts
*Vaginal warts
*Scaly, flaky skin
*An unusual odor in the vaginal area

How do You Know if You Should See a Doctor?

If you have any other symptoms besides a red, not pink, vagina, or if the redness lasts longer than a few days, see your doctor as soon as possible. You can seek care from your primary care doctor, however it may be best to see a gynecologist.

Should Your Partner See a Doctor Too?

If your partner is exhibiting any unusual symptoms, he or she should also visit a doctor. Your partner will need to be tested and treated if a diagnosis of an infection or skin condition is made. Without treatment, they could reinfect you or experience more serious problems later.
Keeping your vagina healthy is important for your sake as well as your partner's. Practicing safe sex, being routinely tested for STD's, and practicing good personal hygiene are all important steps that will greatly reduce the chances of you developing an infection or skin condition. If you do notice that your normally pink vagina is red, don't delay seeing a doctor if the condition persists. The longer you wait, the worse your condition may get and the greater the chances are of you having more problems.

How To Know If You're Pregnant

Are you wondering if you might be pregnant? The only way to know for sure is by taking a pregnancy test.
.
But there are early symptoms of pregnancy that may point to the possibility. Here's what to look for.
.
Do All Women Get Early Symptoms of Pregnancy?
.
Every woman is different. So are her experiences of pregnancy. Not every woman has the same symptoms or even the same symptoms from one pregnancy to the next.
Also, because the early symptoms of pregnancy are often like what happens right before and during menstruation, those symptoms aren't always recognized.
.
What follows is a description of some of the most common early symptoms of pregnancy. You should know that these symptoms may be caused by other things besides being pregnant. So the fact that you notice some of these symptoms does not necessarily mean you are pregnant. The only way to tell for sure is with a pregnancy test.
 .
Spotting and Cramping
.
A few days after conception, the fertilized egg attaches itself to wall of the uterus. This can cause one of the earliest signs of pregnancy -- spotting and, sometimes, cramping.
That's called implantation bleeding. It occurs anywhere from six to 12 days after the egg is fertilized.
.
The cramps resemble menstrual cramps, so some women mistake them and the bleeding for the start of their period. The bleeding and cramps, however, are slight.
.
Besides bleeding, a woman  may notice a white, milky discharge from her vagina. That's related to the thickening of the vagina's walls, which starts almost immediately after conception. The increased growth of cells lining the vagina causes the discharge.
.
This discharge, which can continue throughout pregnancy, is typically harmless and doesn't require treatment. But if there is a bad smell related to the discharge or a burning and itching sensation, tell your doctor so they can check on whether you have a yeast or bacterial infection.
.
Breast Changes
.
Breast changes are another very early sign of pregnancy. A woman's hormone levels rapidly change after conception. Because of the changes, her breasts may become swollen, sore, or tingly a week or two later. Or they may feel heavier or fuller or feel tender to the touch. The area around the nipples, called the areola, may also darken.
.
Other things could cause breast changes. But if the changes are an early symptom of pregnancy, keep in mind that it is going to take several weeks to get used to the new levels of hormones. But when it does, breast pain should ease up.
.
Fatigue
.
Feeling very tired is normal in pregnancy, starting early on.
.
A woman can start feeling unusually  fatigued as soon as one week after conceiving.
.
Why? It's often related to a high level of a hormone called progesterone, although other things -- such as lower levels of blood sugar, lower blood pressure, and a boost in blood production -- can all contribute.

Stomach Health Tips

  1.  Belching is caused by swallowed air from:
    • Eating or drinking too fast
    • Poorly fitting dentures; not chewing food completely
    • Carbonated beverages
    • Chewing gum or sucking on hard candies
    • Excessive swallowing due to nervous tension or postnasal drip
    • Forced belching to relieve abdominal discomfort
  2. To prevent excessive belching, avoid:
    • Carbonated beverages
    • Chewing gum
    • Hard candies
    Simethicone may be helpful
  3. Abdominal bloating and discomfort may be due to intestinal sensitivity or symptoms of irritable bowel syndrome. To relieve symptoms, avoid:
    • Broccoli
    • Baked beans
    • Cabbage
    • Carbonated drinks
    • Cauliflower
    • Chewing gum
    • Hard candy
  4. Abdominal distention resulting from weak abdominal muscles:
    • Is better in the morning
    • Gets worse as the day progresses
    • Is relieved by lying down
  5. To prevent Abdominal distention:
    • Tighten abdominal muscles by pulling in your stomach several times during the day
    • Do sit-up exercises if possible
    • Wear an abdominal support garment if exercise is too difficult
  6. Flatulence is gas created through bacterial action in the bowel and passed rectally. Keep in mind that:
    • 10-18 passages per day are normal
    • Primary gases are harmless and odorless
    • Noticeable smells are trace gases related to food intake
  7. Foods that are likely to form gas include:
    • Milk, dairy products, and medications that contain lactose--If your body doesn't produce the enzyme (lactase) to break it down.
    • Certain vegetables--baked beans, cauliflower, broccoli, cabbage
    • Certain starches--wheat, oats, corn, potatoes. Rice is a good substitute.
  8. If flatulence is a concern, see your doctor to determine if you are lactose intolerant.
  9. Identify offending foods. Reduce or eliminate these gas-forming foods from your diet.
  10. Activated Charcoal may provide some benefit.

How To Survive a Party

Sometimes one of the bravest things you can do is go to a party alone. That, and playing dead around a bear. It’s a toss-up. The usual fears swim about in our heads: what if I wind up sitting in the corner all by myself? What if no one talks to me and the host is the only person I know and they’re going to be too busy to talk to me? What if I am unbearably (see, bringing it back to the bears) awkward? What if I am overdressed? Or underdressed? Or not dressed at all?
I’m here to tell you that you can do it. I’ve gone to parties alone and only one — ONE—was awkward and not fun. So what did I do? I left. It’s that simple! You say your polite goodbyes and then get in your Mini Cooper and get the hell out of there.
 .
Let’s do some preparation. Before you walk in the door, take some Vicodin! Or as I call them, ‘Lil Happies.’
 .
Okay. Fine. That’s a terrible idea.
 .
Instead, create the feeling of being on drugs in a wholesome way. Listen to your favorite tunes before you leave, and on the drive there. Pump yourself up. Create the feeling of euphoria without drugs. Yes, it can be done, I’ve seen other people do it. Music makes the people come together, yeah. Music has been proven to make your brain happy or something, I’m not a scientist with a computer; I’m just a girl, standing in front of the Internet, asking it to love her.
 .
Other ways to get in a happy mood? Dress in your favorite outfit. Look good so you feel good. If you feel best in a pirate costume, you wear the damn pirate costume. What would Lady Gaga do, right? Or what would Kate Middleton do? Just use their spirits to guide you as you dress. You know those heels that make you look and feel like a Supermodel, even though you’re 5’2″ or whatever? Put them the fuck on!
 .
When you get to the party, smile and introduce yourself to whoever answers the door. Or whoever is nearby if the door is unlocked. I hate that. I hate walking into an open house without someone greeting me. What are we? ANIMALS?
 .
It also helps to bring something. A bottle of wine, perhaps, because that’s what adults do. Or fruit roll-ups, if you want to go in a totally different direction. Either way you’re saying, thanks for letting me into your home, allow me to buy your friendship.
 .
Engage people. Join their conversations–but not in a weird way when you hear people laughing and you jump over and start laughing even though you have no idea what’s going on. That is never appreciated. If you meet someone cool while you’re making small talk, stick around him or her, but not for the whole party. You want a buddy, not a parent. Don’t be afraid to make the rounds across the room. Ask people about themselves. People love to talk about themselves.
.
If you take this approach, I guarantee that you will make friends by the end of this party. That’s what Uncle Almie did a few years ago, and I had an amazing time. It was at that party that I met my ex who left me for his ex and had me spiral into depression for a few months but that aside, it was still a really great party.

How To Turn On A Guy

1-Flirt through your body language.
If you know how to flirt with a guy without even saying anything, he will be turned on -- fast. If you know how to work your body, you don't even have to say hello to make a guy feel hot and heavy. A few small things you do with your body can make a big difference. Here are a few ways to flirt through your body language:
  • Hold the guy's gaze -- but not for too long. Look at the guy, lock eyes for just long enough for him to see how sexy you are, and then look away. This will show that you're not afraid to look at him, but that you're also too coy to stare.
  • Keep your body open. Don't fold your arms over your chest or cross your legs. Your body should be saying, "Hey, what's up?"
  • Play with your hair. If you want to be really bold, let him catch you sucking on a strand of your hair.
  • If you're wearing something with a zipper or a necklace, fiddle with the area near your cleavage to get his attention.
  • Find ways to brush up against the guy. If you're already talking, lightly graze his knee, brush up against his hand, or place a hand on his forearm when you're laughing. Do it for just long enough that he wants more. Don't linger.
  • Occasionally lick your lips. If he's watching you from across the room, take the time to apply your lip balm.
  • 2-Say something flirty.
  •  Once you've hooked a guy with your body language and he wants to get to know you, you need to get him even more excited by your words. To say something flirty, you just have to be fun, show that you know how to laugh and tease, and make the guy even more turned on even if you're not saying anything life-shattering. Here's how to do it:
  • Keep it light. Remember to be fun and playful, and the guy will want you even more. Flirting isn't about being serious, but about showing you're interested and having fun.
  • Maintain eye contact while you talk. Make the guy feel important. Occasionally break eye contact to look at your feet or blush, and the guy will think you're demure and will be even more attracted to you.
  • Speak in a soft voice. You don't have to whisper, but you should talk in a lower voice so you sound sexy and make the guy lean in and get closer to you.
  • Tease the guy. Show that you're comfortable playing around and he'll want to tease you back. Showing that you don't take yourself too seriously will make the guy think you're great in the bedroom.
  •  3-Flirt through your actions.
  • Any guy will be turned on if you're able to flirt by acting confident, independent, sexy, and bold. Once the guy has a better sense of who you are from the way you're acting, he'll be absolutely hooked. Here's how to turn a guy on by your actions:
  • Be confident. Guys are turned on by confident women. If you can act confident when you talk to the guy or share things about yourself, he'll think that you'll be able to take that confidence to the bedroom.
  • Be independent. Guys are turned on by women who don't need them. Let the guy know about all of the things you love to do by yourself, and tell him about your busy weekend. Guys are not turned on by clingy girls who have nothing better to do than to hang out with them.
  • Be sexy. You don't have to be trashy to show a little leg or cleavage. Show some skin and don't be afraid to make some raunchy jokes or to make a dirty innuendo if the mood feels right. The guy will be even more excited by your sexiness.
  • Be bold. Guys are turned on by bold women, whether they're being bold over a cup of coffee or in the middle of a make-out session. Be bold by doing something unexpected, like wearing something hot and outrageous, or getting down on the dance floor in the middle of a wild jam.

How to Move On From a Relationship

How to Move On From a Relationship

1-Let's face it:
Breakups and Rejection from a crush are about as much fun as food poisoning. But there's one thing that never changes about life. It happens to everyone. You are certainly not alone. Even as sad as you are, you will move on and be a stronger person.
.
2-First things first; don't try and let go right away.
You've been hurt and it's time to heal. Take a couple days to remember, think, wonder, and cry. Crying does help the pain! Confide in a friend and let yourself enjoy indulgences, even if you find you cannot really. Good food, movies, music, friends and art/hobbies are excellent ways to outlet your pain. This step is important, and if you need to re-read it, re-read it. It is your mandatory direction. Because before you start moving on, it's important for the person to reflect on the situation and heal.
.
3-The first couple days are over so what do you do now?
Delete, delete, delete... all traces of your ex/ex-crush. It's only your first week, so you'll find yourself all mixed in with emotions, which isn't a bad thing. While you're deleting you could be wondering if it's good if you two broke up, you might be very mad, or full of depression, but whatever you feel, you must delete. Time to throw away the photos, put the ex-boyfriend or ex-girlfriend's gifts in a box, and delete him/her off your social networking sites. There's no need anymore to hold on to something that wasn't meant to work out, so delete everything! That means text messages too!
.
4-Think through everything thoroughly, but not obsessively.
Mull it over, as many times as necessary, within reason. Consider all the reasons you two broke up, consider why the crush would never work. Even if it seems there wasn't a good reason, there certainly was one - and probably more than one. Understand that you enjoyed one another for a while, or at least enjoyed the thought of the person for a while, but even though everything seemed okay to you, if the relationship was not what your partner wanted for life, it would have ended eventually, no matter what. In this case, better sooner than later.
.
 5-Write all your feelings down.
Write in a journal or write poems. Most of all, be absolutely honest and don't edit yourself as you go. One of the best results of writing it all down is that sometimes you will be amazed by a sudden insight that comes to you as you are pouring out your thoughts onto paper. Patterns may become clearer, and as your grieving begins to lessen, you will find it so much easier to "get" valuable life lessons from the whole experience if you've been writing your way through it. No relationship/thinking crush is ever a failure if you manage to learn something about yourself from having gone through it all with your heart open to both joy and pain. Just because it didn't work out doesn't mean it wasn't a necessary part of your journey to becoming who you're meant to be. Allow at least the learning part to enrich your life.
.
6- Become involved.
Start focusing your life on other things. Start exercising, start painting, make a club. Just because something didn't happen or a relationship is lost, doesn't have to mean you are over or lost.
.
 7-Feel good about yourself.
Figure out all the things that are good about you and your life. Count them as blessings. Sometimes you just need to love yourself to make yourself feel better. Don't pick yourself apart because you weren't his/her type, or you think the person broke up with you because you think you're not as attractive as the other person they are dating now. Time to exercise, weight train, go to the spa, beautify yourself, because the loser was the one who lost YOU, not the other way around. YOU'RE the prize.
.
8-Find an outlet. Maybe an outlet for you is music, or writing, or your friends. Whatever it may be, focus your life on this for a while. You just may discover a little bit more about yourself than you did before.
.
9-Try something new.
Try a new style, sport or free time activity.
.
10-Keep your dignity.
Many times, it's our own ego that causes the pain; we feel rejected and deceived, embarrassed. We doubt our self worth and adequacy. A breakup, especially one in which your partner has cheated on you, can really undermine your self-confidence and shake your self-esteem to the core. Help rebuild your inner stability by impressing yourself with accomplishment - volunteer, take a class, do things that remind you of your value as a person.
.
11-Meet someone new.
And who knows? They might be the one you've been needing all along.
.
12-Avoid feeling sorry for yourself too long.
Otherwise your friends will start avoiding you and you'll feel even worse about yourself. You'll notice that your key mood will be depressed and it will be hard to get out of. You can't let this little mishap get you down that badly, because it's bound to happen again in your life, and you have to make sure you will accept it better next time. Instead of saying "My life sucks because....", try saying "My life is great because..." and it will make you realize all the blessings in your life verses the horrible things that have taken place in your life.
.
13-Music.
Music will help you relate to your problems and will help you get over them. Listening to your iPod/MP3 player for the first few months for many the time is key. Even if it's just calm music. Music soothes the mind, it has been proven.

21 Signs That He Likes You

Some guys can be hard to read. Not as hard as women, but still a challenge. Problem is, there is no way to know absolutely if a guy likes you, short of him saying so (and even then he might be lying). Every situation is different, every guy is different, and there are always exceptions.
But here's the good news: There are things most guys do when they like a girl that can give them away. If a guy does one of these things, it probably doesn't mean much; if he does 4 or 5 of them, then there's a good chance he likes you. Not a guarantee, but a good chance. You just have to know what to look for.
Most of these won't surprise you. Some might. Consider it a refresher.
  • He smiles at you. A lot.
  • He laughs at your jokes, even the crappy ones.
  • He defends you to others.
  • He asks questions about you and your life beyond the generic "How you doin'?" or "Good weekend?"
  • He jokes about dating you.
  • You catch him staring at you. Your face, that is—if he's staring at your boobs or butt, it could just mean he's perving on you.
  • He's awkward whenever he talks to you. The first time I talked to my wife, I walked into a parking meter. Luckily for me, she found it adorable.
  • He always uses your name when he talks to you. He knows your name and likes to say it.
  • He calls you by a nickname/pet name.
  • He asks you to "hang out" some time. (To a guy, the word date can be like garlic to a vampire, so they'll say "hang out" instead. Whatever you call it, it still means he wants to be around you.)
  • He calls you on the phone. Most guys hate talking on the phone. If a guy calls you, it means one of three things: you're his best friend, he needs help with his homework, or he has the itchy pants for you.
  • He acts more respectable and mature when you're around.
  • He compliments your appearance. "You look nice today" is guyspeak for "I'm attracted to you."
  • When he cracks a joke, you're the first person he looks at for a reaction.
  • He tries go get into the same classes as you.
  • He asks your friends questions about you. He knows they will probably report back to you, but he doesn't care.
  • He touches you, even subtly—a hand on your arm, a pat on your back, a grab of your shoulders. Humans are naturally drawn to things that attract us—we want to look at them, touch them. If you find a guy's hand on you, especially more than once, that's a huge giveaway that he likes you.
  • He asks you what you think about certain other guys. He's trying to find out if you like anyone.
  • He shares an iTunes playlist with you: the 21st century version of making you a mix tape.
  • He asks your advice about other girls. This one could go either way, but getting your take on relationships could be his crafty way of finding out what you like and don't like. Or maybe he's just trying to make you jealous.
  • He notices and remembers things about you that most people don't. Your birthday. What you wore on a certain day. Your favorite TV show. When and where you met your best friend. What you had for lunch yesterday. Average Joe won't remember that shit, even if you tell him. Hot For You remembers all of it (but if he knows stuff about you that you never told him—creeper alert!).

Boost Your Download Speed

Visit an internet speed testing website and take note of your download and upload speed. You're going to want a benchmark, so that you can compare the before speed (slower) to the after speed (faster).
---To get to an internet speed testing website, simply type in "internet speed test" into a search engine and find one that will perform a test for free. There should be plenty of options to choose from.
---Once at an internet speed testing website, input your geographic location (if necessary) and perform the test. The test should spit out a download speed as well as an upload speed. Take note of these numbers.
Go to where your computer stores its DNS information.[1] The location of this information will be different depending on what operating system you're using. Here's how to get there:
--- Windows 7/Vista: Start → Control Panel → View network status and tasks → View status (click on your local or wireless connection) → Properties → Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4) → Properties. Once you are here, click on "Use the following DNS server addresses"
--- Mac OSX: System Preferences → Network → View status (click on your local or wireless connection) → Advanced → DNS
Remove the old DNS number and type in two or three open DNS server addresses. Open DNS server addresses include "208.67.222.222" and "208.67.220.220" for example. Apply the changes once finished.
---If you want to search for custom DNS server addresses, use an application like Gibson Research Corporation's Domain Name Speed Benchmark or Namebench. These will test your system and suggest benchmark addresses that you can use.
Close out your browser, open it again, and test out the speed of your new DNS address.
--- Go back to the same speed test website you used earlier and see for yourself how changing your DNS can boost your internet speed.

Lose Weight - Drop 5 Pounds in a Week !

Get To Know has come up with a fat-torching plan that really will subtract up to 5 pounds from your bod in seven days — without starvation, bizarre supplements, or cutting out entire food groups. How? It's all about small sacrifices combined with specific techniques. And rather than giving you a one-size-fits-all regimen, we figure you're more likely to stick with the plan if you pick the eating and exercise strategies that fit your lifestyle.
 .
So choose at least four of the nutritionist- and fitness expert-backed tips that follow, and vow to work them into your schedule for seven days straight. If you feel ambitious, tack on a few more. The more you pick, the more weight you'll lose. If you start now, by this time next week, you'll look and feel way lighter.

Drink Mainly Water

A sports or energy drink, fruit smoothie, or light beer — each serving contains about 100 calories. Yet these beverages don't satisfy you the way 100 calories of food does, so they're a waste. Other liquids may be high in sodium and carbohydrates, which trick your body into retaining water, puffing you out.
.
Water, on the other hand, has zero calories and carbs and little to no sodium, making it the perfect slim-down drink. And strangely, it actually helps flush out excess water weight as well as jump-starts your metabolism. If it's just too boring, add lemon wedges or mint leaves.

Ban White Bread and Pasta

Cutting out all white grain products — such as white rice, spaghetti, sandwich rolls — will instantly slim you down because the simple carbs in these foods cause bloating, especially around your belly. "Simple carbohydrates wreak havoc on your weight because they're digested very quickly, leaving you hungry and more likely to overeat later," says Jana Klauer, M.D., author of The Park Avenue Nutritionist's Plan.
.
To go a step further, instead of replacing them with healthier yet still bloat-triggering whole-grain bread products, substitute vegetables for the week. This way, a chicken sandwich becomes chicken salad, and chips and dip turn into carrots and dip. The complex carbs from vegetables are digested more slowly, so you remain full longer. And because veggies are mostly water, they also help flush out excess water weight.

Do Cardio 30 Minutes a Day

Any workout that gets your heart rate up will burn calories. But you'll use more calories if you pick a cardio routine that engages multiple muscles simultaneously, says Wendy Larkin, personal-training manager at Crunch's Polk Street gym, in San Francisco.
 .
Three to consider: spinning, cardio kickboxing, and boot-camp workouts. Half an hour of each torches 200 to 300 calories while toning up your arms, legs, and core so everything appears sleeker and tighter.
.
You'll burn even more calories per session if your workout incorporates interval training: alternating short bursts of intense cardio with slower activity. Experts aren't sure why it works, but trainers swear by it.

Drink Coffee an Hour Before Working Out

This is the one exception to the stick-to-water-only rule: Just as a coffee run makes your morning at work more productive, a pre-exercise cup of java with a splash of skim milk (about 11 calories) or black (just 5 calories) will energize your workout, explains Dr. Klauer. "You'll burn more calories without realizing you're pushing yourself harder."

Do 36 Push-Ups and Lunges Every Other Day

These gym-class staples will help sculpt muscle, so you'll sport a more streamlined appearance. Do three sets of 12 of each exercise every other day. "Push-ups target your upper body, while lunges work your butt, hips, and thighs," says Larkin. Quick tip: Make sure your back and legs remain in a straight line during your push-ups; it'll improve muscle tone. Also, you can build even more muscle with the lunges if you hold free weights in each hand while doing them.

Sleep 30 Minutes More a Night

That extra half an hour, whether you sleep 5 hours or 8, can refresh you enough that you will make better food choices (in other words, no quick sugar fix for breakfast in search of energy) and won't feel lethargic and skip the gym, says registered dietician Esther Blum, author of Eat, Drink, and Be Gorgeous. More restful sleep (7 to 8 hours is best) also boosts your metabolism. And since your body builds muscle while you snooze, getting zzz's equals better muscle tone.

Make One Food Sacrifice

Cutting out one indulgence — such as the chips you have with lunch or the chocolate dessert you eat after dinner — can subtract a few hundred calories from your diet, which translates into less flab, says Blum. "Your body won't even notice their absence."

Don't Let the Camera Add Pounds

Push your chin forward, hold your arms away from your body, and turn slightly sideways from the camera with one foot in front of the other.

GET THINNER IN HOURS

Really. These slenderizing effects may not be permanent, but they'll help you look hotter in your skinniest jeans on very short notice.

Eat Salmon for Lunch

It's packed with nutrients that build muscle tone and give your skin a healthy glow. Some nutritionists claim that consuming a portion (doesn't matter how it's cooked) may immediately make your face look a bit more contoured.

Stand Up Straight

Keeping your spine rigid and your shoulders back while sucking in your belly toward your spine gives you a slimmer, more streamlined middle.

Do Squats and Sit-Ups

Bodybuilders use this technique before competitions because it adds definition to muscle. Do three sets of 12 of each exercise to tighten your abs, butt, and legs temporarily.

Pop an Antigas Pill

Take one of these chewable tablets, sold over-the-counter at drugstores, to relieve bloating in your abdomen and break up gas bubbles in your digestive track, leaving you with a flatter tummy.
